As you place your enquiry please keep in mind the following terms:
• Initial consultation is free and includes fabric and design selection, measuring and quote.
• Please note that the given quote is an estimate only and may be slightly altered depending on cost and availability of materials. Quotes are valid for one month only.
• If you wish to contribute your own fabric towards your intended purchase of an Emilie Gray Black Label design please discuss fabric specifications with us to ensure maximum quality of the finished piece. The designer reserves the right to disregard fabric that does not meet suitable specifications.
• 50% of quote must be deposited before commencement of your garment, and the remaining amount is to be paid prior to or upon collection date.
• Regarding Black Label orders, please allow up to three weeks from time of deposit until completion of garment. However if the client has less than one availability for fittings per week, it is likely to take longer.
• Payments must be cash or bank deposit only (Black Label only). Please contact us if you require account details. White Label orders can be made online via Garments page. For your safety, these payments are processed through Paypal.
• Vouchers are valid for strictly twelve months unless otherwise specified, so please remind your loved ones to make use of them in time.
