As you place your enquiry please keep in mind the following terms:

• Initial consultation is free and includes fabric and design selection, measuring and quote.

• Please note that the given quote is an estimate only and may be slightly altered depending on cost and availability of materials. Quotes are valid for one month only.

• If you wish to contribute your own fabric towards your intended purchase of an Emilie Gray design please discuss fabric specifications with us to ensure maximum quality of the finished piece. The designer reserves the right to disregard fabric that does not meet suitable specifications.

• A 50% deposit must be received by us before commencement of your garment, and the remaining amount is to be received before or at collection date.

• Please allow approximately three weeks from time of deposit until completion of garment. However if the client has less than one availability per week, it is likely to take longer.

• Payments must be cash or bank deposit only. Please contact us if you require account details.

• Vouchers are valid for six months, so please remind your loved ones to make use of them in time.
